Returns
As our products are services in the tourism sector, a return is not possible.
Refunds
We understand that unforeseen events may occur that require you to cancel your tour. In such cases, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 4 weeks before the start of the tour: 70% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Up to 3 weeks before the start of the tour: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Up to 2 weeks before the start of the tour: 25% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Less than 2 weeks before the start of the tour: 10% of the total amount will be refunded.
Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases, such as illness or force majeure, we will examine cancellation requests individually and endeavor to find a flexible solution. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.
